The keynote by Linda Vos & Silja Haffter on "Employee Retention Programmes" and the keynote by Michael H. Kramarsch on "Ethical Frameworks" are freely accessible on our website. In the subsequent online panel, Oliver Kaspar from the HWZ, Eric Sieber from HR Campus and Melanie Wagner from Sunrise UPC discussed the content of the keynotes. Questions were also regularly answered live by the more than 160 participants.
