About Us

As the non-profit association "Swiss HR Analytics", we pursue the goal of ensuring and promoting access to knowledge and networking around data analytics in HR. In particular, we want to promote a responsible approach to data that takes into account labor and data protection law as well as ethical principles. We perform this function by organizing networking events, developing ethics guidelines or an ethics label for the certification of companies, designing training courses, supporting applied research projects, and the like.

In principle, we are open to all persons and companies/institutions who wish to help shape and support knowledge and networking and, in connection with this, the responsible handling of HR data.
