Jeannine Elsäßer
Visier
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Visier, I support HR managers and business leaders across the DACH region not only in the evolution from traditional people analytics to genuine workforce intelligence. My primary focus is on strategically empowering organisations to proactively plan the necessary changes to their workforce. Whether it’s skills shortages, demographic change or restructuring, I help organisations use AI to interpret HR data in such a way that they can accurately predict and manage the workforce structure of tomorrow. Together, we break down data silos to make HR transformation a reality and accelerate data-driven strategic decision-making.
LinkedInKeynote 2: Building trust and driving enablement: A global journey in people analytics
Alexandra Arnold
Sika
Alexandra combines in-depth academic expertise with many years of practical experience at the intersection of HR, data and business. Drawing on her academic background in occupational and organisational psychology and business administration, her aim is to establish People Analytics as a strategic success factor within organisations and to strengthen data-driven decision-making in HR in the long term. From 2017 to 2022, she was co-founder and managing partner of HR ConScience, a consultancy firm that translates scientific insights and the latest research into HR practice and supports organisations in making evidence-based HR decisions. In mid-2021, she moved into the corporate sector to join the Migros Cooperative Federation. There, over a period of three and a half years, she played a key role in establishing and further developing People Analytics and drove forward the use of data-driven insights for strategic HR decisions. Since early 2025, Alexandra has been working as a People Analytics Expert at Sika. There, she develops global, data-driven solutions that demonstrate the added value of People Analytics and strengthen HR’s role as a strategic partner within the organisation. Drawing on her experience in research, consultancy and corporate practice, she demonstrates how scientific evidence and business impact can be successfully combined.
