Keynote 1: Towards a new HR data world: Mobiliar shapes the transition to HR analytics
Madlin Acker
Die Mobiliar
She started her career with a dual degree programme at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim, which she completed in cooperation with the Volkswagen Group. This allowed her to gain practical experience in various areas of human resources at an early stage – from operational HR work and strategic personnel development to central personnel controlling. With over 15 years of experience at the interface of strategic HR management, change processes and HR controlling, she has a broad understanding of the development and advancement of HR in international corporations and medium-sized companies. Positions as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager deepened her knowledge of project-oriented work and the design of HR processes, always with close links to the line and collaboration with managers. Today, she is a specialist in HR Controlling & Analytics at Mobiliar, where she combines data-based fundamentals with a practical HR perspective. Her focus is on using people analytics and transparent HR metrics to support informed business decisions – thereby further strengthening HR as a strategic partner within the company.
