Keynote 1: What influences absences at Helsana? Findings from the data-driven pilot analysis

Anja Huber
Helvetia
Already during her Master's in People Management and Organisational Development, Anja was very interested in the individual in the corporate context. Her initial professional experience in recruitment provided good opportunities to reflect on and further develop theoretical concepts such as person-organisation fit and employee engagement in practical personnel selection. She has been working in the role of HR Controller and Data Analyst since 2024. She is thrilled to be able to strengthen Human Resources with statistical insights and drive HR Analytics forward. The daily use of SQL has become a strong support in her work to bring together relevant data and use it for analyses. Good knowledge of R and SAP system landscapes round off her analytical profile.
LinkedInKeynote 2: Analysis and identification of relevant influencing factors on employee terminations — A comparison of traditional approaches, statistical analyses and machine learning methods.
