Melanie is Senior Director People Attraction, Retention & Analytics at Sunrise since August 2019. She and her teams are responsible for the candidate and employee journey @Sunrise regarding attraction, onboarding, rewards, benefits & employee relation, as well as designing and implementing innovative solutions and advanced analytics in the people area to create a strong competitive advantage in the market and respond to the digital transformation and new way of working. Before joining Sunrise, she gained a broad experience in the main HR areas working as in-house expert or leader in international companies such as Telekom Austria AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG or UBS Group or as a consultant for hkp/// group. Melanie holds a Master of Arts in business from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and has experience as lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication in Vienna.

SRG SSR

Sofia Thai is a specialist in HR analytics and processes at SRG SSR. Her role is to develop HR analytics within the company and establish an internal HR analytics community. She is currently using various use cases to develop a framework for how HR analytics can be used most effectively for data-based decisions at SRG SSR. In the first use case, she used a wide range of hypotheses to try to find reasons for increasing sickness absences. In her second use case, she analyzes recruitment channels for SRG SSR's employer branding strategy. Sofia holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Basel.

Helen Alt

Helen Alt studied political science and German language and literature at the University of Bern. After gaining insights into HR development and HR communications, she set up her own business as an announcer and presenter in 2023 with more than 13 years of radio experience. She hosts the programme Blaton on Bern cultural radio RaBe and regularly leads through the programme of various events. As a voice-over artist, she lends her voice to explanatory videos, adverts, announcements, radio plays and audiovisual experiences. At Bern University of Applied Sciences, she is responsible for communications and events at the Institute for Public Sector Transformation.
